Just wanted you to sincerely know how much I enjoyed my first visit to your gallery and am looking forward to many more. Kiera was delightful and a wonderful assistant. Holly was a fine professional, knoledgeable sapphire expert who steadfastly graded my excellent finds. It just doesn't get any better than this. It is sapphire heaven! i know I must be patient for the next six weeks, but to tell you the truth, it won't be easy.
I want to say thank you to all the wonderful people who helped us when we visited. You stayed open late for us one night just so we could look around and the next morning when we made it back to look for sapphires we had the most wonderful conversations with some of the employees. you were all so kind and courteous and very knowledgeable about your business. It was a real treat to be able to learn from all of you. Your one-of-a-kind pieces are still on my mind and I hope to be able to visit again some day and take one home with me.

The five sapphires are absolutley gorgeous and my gemologist felt they were among the best matched stones he'd ever seen. Judy and I agree that the 2 1/2 carat sapphire center stone in her ring is her finest gem.

I just received my vases and they are very beautiful. Holly, you have gone above what I would call excellent customer service. I am excited to pick flowers from my garden since I have vases that will work. I would hope to again one day visit The Sapphire Gallery in Philipsburg.
